    I came to coaching after twenty years in operational leadership — an Executive Committee member in listed companies and LBO structures, then co-founder of a tech scale-up that I took through its growth phase.

    I coach from within these worlds. I know what it means to make a decision under board pressure. I know what it means to lead a founding duo when growth surfaces disagreements no one saw coming.
