Executive coaching for high-growth entrepreneurs and scale-ups
You’re scaling. Now is the time to clarify what isn’t yet.
Your model works. You have your first clients. Growth is within reach.
This is precisely the moment when questions of governance, founder alignment, and formalised strategy stop being optional.
I work with entrepreneurs in the scaling phase to turn these questions into competitive advantages — before they become blockers.
What I hear most often
“We get along well, we’re moving forward — but we’ve never really formalised our roles.”
“We have a shared vision — but when we dig in, we’re not seeing the same things.”
We know we should be having these conversations and defining processes. We never make the time.
“Investors are arriving. Our strategy isn’t aligned with what we actually want.”
If any of these resonate, this is the right moment to work together.
How I work — 4 phases
My approach is structured in four phases, designed to produce a concrete outcome.
Phase 1 — Individual Exploration
I meet with each founder separately.
The goal: to establish a personal vision with a 3-year horizon — what scaling means for each person, their priorities, their view of their own role in the next chapter. Without mutual influence.
Phase 2 — Strategic Alignment
We come together. The two visions are placed side by side: points of convergence, differences in approach, areas to explore further.
This is the pivot of the programme — and the session that most often changes everything.
Phase 3 — Building the Plan
Four working sessions on the strategic pillars: commercial, operations, finance, governance.
Some sessions are joint, others individual, depending on the dynamics identified.
Phase 4 — Anchoring & Next Steps
We validate the plan, confirm it is actionable, and define how to continue working together on that foundation.
The deliverable
At the end of the programme, you have a strategic plan aligned between founders, covering:
• Commercial strategy and target client profile
• Organisation and priority hires
• Financial management principles for the scaling phase
• The governance framework: roles, decision-making, and the rules of engagement between partners
This is not a theoretical document. It is a plan you have built together — and on which you are genuinely aligned.
“At a pivotal moment in our development, her support was invaluable. She took the time to understand the nuances of my challenges, clarified my strategic vision and strengthened my leadership presence — while respecting the identity and ambition of my project.”
“Her support was decisive in the development of my organisation and my position as an entrepreneur. She equips me to make the right decisions while progressively learning to ask myself the right strategic questions. The impact has been felt both individually and collectively — the growth and structuring of my company owes her a great deal.”
Why work together
I co-founded and built a tech scale-up through its growth phase — today a profitable business. I know what it means to make strategic decisions under the dual pressure of customers and investors.
I coach entrepreneurs from that inside understanding — not from a consulting desk. My work is calibrated for your growth objectives and designed to become operational quickly within your structure.
