Background

Before dedicating myself fully to coaching, I spent twenty years in operational leadership across demanding environments.

At Danone, I led innovation. At SSL Healthcare (integrated into Reckitt-Benckiser), I worked on international transformation and integration. At DIM-DBApparel, a Sun Capital LBO, I managed shareholder dynamics, carve-out, and performance under fund pressure. I then co-founded Calizy, a tech scale-up specialising in appointment scheduling optimisation, which I accompanied through its growth phase.

These experiences gave me a direct and deep understanding of what my clients face: board pressure, decisions made under time constraints, the dynamics between partners when growth accelerates.

I have been coaching C-level executives, leadership teams, and high-growth entrepreneurs for 5 years, in French and in English.

Approach

I work within a psychodynamic framework: I focus on leadership patterns, relational dynamics, and what is at play between a person, their role, and their organisation.

I always connect that framework to concrete business stakes. My goal is not to generate reflection for its own sake — it is to help my clients make better decisions, faster, with greater clarity.

I am known for my structuring presence: I bring a framework, I hold the objectives, and I create a confidential working space where the real questions can finally be asked.

Beyond coaching

Outside of my practice, I am a qualified yoga and meditation teacher — a discipline that deepens my understanding of the connections between body, mind, and decision-making.

I am a member of Entreprendre &+, where I coach impact entrepreneurs through their scaling phase, on a philanthropic basis.
